Payment methods:


Cash on delivery

You can pay at the time of order delivery at your door. Valid for orders up to € 200 (for larger

amounts, 30% deposit required)

For orders up to 150 €, the delivery cost is € 2.50. For orders over 150 € the delivery is FREE.

The delivery does not apply to delivery by transport companies.

Receipt from the store

In case you choose to receive your order from our store, you can pay on receipt by cash or card.



Shipping & Charges:


All shipments of orders are made with the network of:

-ACS Courier and

-ELTA Courier (Door-Door)



Orders worth more than € 150.00 are shipped FREE.

For orders of less than € 150.00 there is a shipping charge of 4.00 €

Orders, depending on the availability, are delivered within 1-2 business days.


Deliveries are also made on Saturdays at the extra charge specified by the Courier.

Larger parcels are shipped by a carrier, which is received from the office of the carrier.

In areas within a network (Ioannina, Athens, Thessaloniki) the cost is 4,00 € while for orders over

150,00 € it is FREE.


The delivery is made within 1-5 working days and cannot be charged up to the amount.

In the rest of Greece, the cost is at least € 7.00 and the exact amount is calculated upon

communication.


* At the request of the customer, bigger items can be dispatched with Transport Company. In this

case, the transport costs are borne by the customer and determined by agreement with our

company.

**CAUTION! Please do not receive parcels that appear to have been tampered, been opened,

broken, etc. In such cases contact us immediately. Once you have received the package while it has

been altered, you will have to claim compensation from the carrier.
